We are looking for talented Full Stack Data Engineers to join a fast-growing AI and data consultancy in London. Working across junior to senior levels, this is a hands-on role where you'll combine software engineering, data expertise, and AI to solve complex problems for clients across government, defence, healthcare, and commercial sectors.
What You'll Do:
- Design & Solve: Break down client challenges and design innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Engineer Data: Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Create Workflows: Develop operational workflows and decision-support tools that transform enterprise operations.
- Apply AI: Collaborate on AI and machine learning models applied to real-world challenges.
- Technical Excellence: Deliver scalable, reliable software solutions using Python, SQL, and TypeScript.
- Grow & Share: Mentor peers, support junior engineers, and contribute to best practices.

What We're Looking For:
- Strong experience in Python, SQL, and TypeScript.
- Experience with Palantir technologies (Foundry, Gotham, or similar) is preferred but not essential.
- Solid understanding of data engineering, ETL pipelines, and workflow design.
