We’re partnering with a top-tier change and transformation consultancy recognised for delivering large-scale, outcome-led programmes across complex enterprise environments. They are now seeking a senior Data & Analytics Leader to own and grow their Data & Analytics capability, taking full responsibility for client relationships, revenue growth, and delivery quality across major UK and global clients.
You must bring:
- Deep consulting expertise across Data Strategy, Analytics, and Modern Data Platforms
- A strong network across enterprise and digital stakeholders
- Proven commercial ownership and pipeline development experience
- Experience scaling and leading high-performing data teams
- A hands-on, outcomes-focused leadership style with P&L accountability
You’ll be responsible for:
- Owning and growing a multimillion pound Data & Analytics portfolio
- Acting as executive client lead across key data and digital accounts
- Defining and executing data, analytics, and AI growth strategy
- Originating, selling, and delivering large, complex data transformation programmes
- Leading engagements across: Data Strategy, Cloud & Platform Modernisation, Advanced Analytics, AI/ML, Governance and Data Operating Models
- Managing P&L, margin, forecasting, and delivery performance
- Building, leading, and mentoring senior data, analytics, and engineering leaders
- Strengthening market presence through senior stakeholder engagement and thought leadership
The Package: £120,000-£140,000 base, Bonus, Car Allowance, Pension
