As a Principal Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering complex, high‑impact healthcare or public sector solutions, combining technical leadership, strategic thinking, and hands‑on delivery oversight.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience working as a Principal Solution Architect (or equivalent) within healthcare or public sector environments
  • Strong background in modern software architecture and engineering practices
  • Experience leading architecture across multi‑team or large programme delivery
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement at C‑level
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of non‑functional design considerations
  • Engineering background with the ability to lead and guide development teams
