As a ServiceNow Technical Lead/Architect, you will:
- Understand business challenges and architect system solutions with ServiceNow
- Work with global clients across industries in a trusted advisor capacity, designing and delivering new solutions
- Provide leadership and technical design authority oversight on critical ServiceNow programmes for Fortune 500 clients
- Influence and consult presenting options with pros, cons and risks while providing thought leadership to sponsors and stakeholders on governance, programme/project management, business process and technical challenges
- Continuously learn, including pursuing new certifications such as Certified Master Architect
- Stay up to date on new ServiceNow applications and offerings, with access to robust training and certification opportunities
- Identify opportunities to add further value for clients, working with account teams to progress them
- Help drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experience
- Manage and lead teams of ServiceNow Developers in a technical management and mentorship capacity
- Bring a process-oriented mindset, and be comfortable seeking input from peers and subject matter experts when needed
- Draw on a strong background working with enterprise software and/or consulting companies
We're looking for experience in:
- Development and technical architecture experience with ServiceNow
- Experience leading teams of ServiceNow Developers as a technical manager and mentor, implementing quality standards such as code and architectural reviews
- Minimum of 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications
- Experience across 3 product lines outside of ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.)
- Advanced scripting and integration skills JavaScript, SQL, API Web Services
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
