A leading global digital consultancy is seeking a highly experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead Consultant to support its growing UK&I change and transformation practice. This is a senior, hands-on, client-facing role—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex organizational change initiatives across tech-driven transformation programmes
  • Define and execute stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and adoption strategies
  • Work directly with clients and senior leaders to manage change across ERP, Cloud, IT Managed Services, Digital Workplace, and Data & AI transformations
  • Design and tailor OCM strategies using structured change frameworks (e.g. Prosci, APMG)
  • Support pre-sales and business development through proposal creation, client workshops, and early-stage engagement planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional consultants, architects, and delivery teams to align change strategy with technical outcomes
  • Mentor junior change consultants and contribute to practice development, knowledge sharing, and methodology evolution

Required Experience:

  • 10+ years of OCM consulting experience across enterprise change programmes
  • Deep expertise across core OCM workstreams – Change Management, Communications, Training, and Leadership Alignment
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence change across complex organisations
  • Experience in developing TOM transitions and change roadmaps in digital transformation contexts
  • Familiar with Agile delivery, project governance, and change impact analysis
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and self-produced content development skills
  • OCM certifications such as Prosci, APMG, or equivalent

Desirable:

  • Experience in consulting pre-sales and RFP response work
  • Master’s degree in Organizational Change or related field
  • Experience delivering change in IT infrastructure or managed services environments
  • Knowledge of cloud transformation, Agile, and DevOps environments
  • Familiarity with platforms like Microsoft 365, Jira, ServiceNow, or other digital enablement tools
