What You'll Actually Do
You'll be a Senior Manager in their Tech Transformation practice, which means you're not just delivering projects – you're building the business. Expect to lead complex, high-stakes engagements across the entire WAM value chain, working with everyone from fund managers to administrators to platform providers.
What They Need From You
- Proven WAM consulting background – you've worked in this space and understand it deeply
- Experience delivering large, multi-disciplinary technology programmes in WAM
- Hands-on knowledge of major platforms: State Street Alpha, Charles River, Aladdin, eFront, ALTO, Finbourne, FNZ, SEI, Avaloq
- Strong grasp of the full WAM value chain and traditional asset classes
- The ability to lead large-scale transformation programmes from vision to delivery
- Project management expertise; delivering on time, in scope, to quality
- Understanding of information security, IT methodologies, and modern technology frameworks
