We are working with one of the UK’s leading Digital Consultancies seeking a Senior Service Designer to join their growing and dynamic team to help support the transformation of large-scale digital transformation programmes.
As a Senior Service Designer, you will be an expert in your field and grow your skill set, focusing on service design delivery and overseeing the project delivery team, working across both private and public sectors.
As a Senior Service Designer, you will get the opportunity to:
- Lead strategic planning for the clients’ services.
- Evaluate goals for the clients by navigating through service maps, value propositions or service blueprints.
- Generate concepts, proposals and plans for new service propositions to improve and evolve existing services.
