Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead system architecture and integration activities within broader transformation programmes
  • Define technical specifications, system designs, interfaces, and data flows
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, delivery teams, and client stakeholders
  • Assess existing supply chain systems and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support implementation of scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions
  • Manage delivery workstreams focused on system integration and technical transformation
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams
  • Support the development of innovative approaches across Defence Supply Chain Transformation

Key Requirements:

  • Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC)
  • Experience within the Defence sector
  • Strong understanding of Defence supply chains and the challenges facing the sector
  • Experience delivering transformation, systems integration, or architecture programmes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, commercial off‑the‑shelf applications, bespoke technology solutions, and data platforms
  • Knowledge of system integration patterns including APIs and messaging technologies
  • Strong understanding of scalability, resilience, performance, and security principles
  • Experience leading workstreams or small project teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Degree qualified, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

You will gain exposure with:

  • Defence Supply Chain Transformation across public and private sector organisations
  • Planning, forecasting, fulfilment, and logistics optimisation
  • Product engineering, digital engineering, and model‑based systems approaches
  • Digital manufacturing and operational optimisation initiatives
  • Systems architecture, integration, and enterprise transformation
  • Cloud technologies, modern architecture patterns, and secure system design
  • Strategic Defence and Defence Industrial capability programmes

Why Join:

  • Work on high‑profile Defence programmes that support national capability
  • Influence the future of Defence supply chain operations and technology
