This opportunity is ideal for a Supply Chain Transformation Consultant with Defence experience and strong systems, architecture, or transformation expertise. As a Supply Chain Transformation Consultant, you will help clients design and deliver next‑generation supply chain capabilities, combining strategic thinking, operational transformation, systems integration, and technical delivery across complex Defence environments.
You’ll have the opportunity to:

Key Requirements:
- Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC)
- Experience within the Defence sector
- Strong understanding of Defence supply chains and the challenges facing the sector
- Experience delivering transformation, systems integration, or architecture programmes
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
- Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, commercial off‑the‑shelf applications, bespoke technology solutions, and data platforms
- Knowledge of system integration patterns including APIs and messaging technologies
- Strong understanding of scalability, resilience, performance, and security principles
- Experience leading workstreams or small project teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Degree qualified, or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
