Working with major enterprise customers across the UK, US and Australia, the company helps organisations turn customer experience insights into measurable commercial outcomes.
This role will take ownership of the early stages of the sales funnel, identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities and arranging high-quality meetings for the Business Development Manager.

- A good understanding of lead qualification, including customer pain points, budgets and decision-making processes
- Daily experience using CRM platforms
- An understanding of, or strong interest in Saa S, artificial intelligence, customer experience or data analytics
