We’re partnering with a high-growth change and transformation consultancy recognised for delivering pragmatic, outcome-led solutions across complex digital and business transformation programmes. They’re looking to hire Business Analysts at Consultant and Senior Consultant level to support continued growth across their London practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for talent coming from a consulting or digital agency environment looking to step into a more strategic, client-facing role with clear progression.

You will likely be:

  • A Business Analyst / Consultant (2–4 years) or Senior Business Analyst / Senior Consultant (5+ years)
  • Currently working within a management consultancy or digital agency

You must bring:

  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE), and documentation
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
  • A structured, analytical approach with strong communication skills

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting delivery across end-to-end transformation programmes
  • Gathering, analysing, and defining business and functional requirements
  • Conducting process analysis and optimisation
  • Facilitating workshops across business and technology stakeholders
  • Producing key artefacts including user stories, process maps, and documentation
  • Supporting UAT, implementation, and change initiatives
  • Working closely with clients to ensure solutions deliver measurable business value
