Salary: Up to £60,000
Location: Northampton (2 days a week)

We\’re currently partnered with a market-leading financial services organisation seeking a Business Analysts to join their high-impact change team. This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a multi-billion pound payments division that supports over 30% of the UK high street — a truly influential role in a business that leads from the front.
The Role:
As the AVP Business Analyst, you’ll lead requirement gathering and process analysis on high-value digital and operational change initiatives. You’ll work across cross-functional Agile teams, helping shape solutions that span payment technologies, APIs, and cloud-based platforms. Your ability to translate business needs into scalable, actionable plans will directly drive the success of cutting-edge programmes.
What You’ll Bring:
• Experience within banking and payments
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and lifecycle management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing abilities
• Experience with cloud applications and API integrations
• Desirable: SQL knowledge and familiarity with payment industry regulations or technologies
