An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced RF Technical Lead to join a specialist engineering team at the forefront of advanced defence technologies. Circa £65,000 depending on experience. Primarily onsite, up to 5 days per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and guide a multi-disciplinary team working across modelling, design, and testing activities.
- Oversee electromagnetic modelling, system architecture assessments, and RF testing.
- Take ownership of project planning, delivery milestones, and budget management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering engineering development projects within complex environments.
- Strong expertise in at least one of the following: high power RF systems, electromagnetic modelling, RF testing, electrical or electronic architecture, or EMC design.
- Degree qualified in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience in project planning, coordination, and delivery.
- Candidates must be British citizens and willing to undergo security clearance.
