Role: Technology & Software Due Diligence Roles

Location: London

Salary: £85,000 – £125,000 (Multiple grades) +industry leading bonus structure

Join a rapidly growing Technology M&A advisory team delivering high-impact projects for leading Private Equity firms and corporates. Work on complex transactions where technology is central to strategy, including pre-deal due diligence, carve-outs, post-merger integration, and tech-driven value creation.

What you’ll do:

• Lead Technology Due Diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Drive sales and lead delivery excellence in the UK market.
• Advise clients on technology strategy during transactions, including carve-outs and post-merger integration.
• Assess IT Opex/Capex, carve-out costing, and synergy opportunities.
• Support proposals, mentor juniors, and contribute to practice growth.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology-driven M&A advisory.
• Strong experience in technology-focused M&A advisory and due diligence.
• Ability to engage with CxO-level stakeholders and drive business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
