My client is looking for RPA developers who can design, build, and implement innovative automation solutions that help clients transform the way they do business. While RPA systems operate autonomously once deployed, they depend on skilled developers like you to build, maintain, and continuously improve them. As part of the team, you'll play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality automation that keeps our clients' operations running smoothly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and design business processes suitable for automation
- Build, test, and monitor automated workflows to ensure business processes run at optimum efficiency with minimal risk of error
- Monitor and maintain automation post-implementation, resolving issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted business operations
- Produce clear process documentation outlining successes and areas for improvement, helping refine processes over time
- Apply Quality Assurance (QA) best practices to ensure high-quality automation and prevent bugs before they reach production
Skills We're Looking For
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Sharp attention to detail
- Mastery of automation tools such as Blue Prism, UI Automation, or UiPath
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, or .NET
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Experience working with databases, including SQL and NoSQL
