As a Palantir Data Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering complex data programmes across public sector, healthcare, defence, and commercial environments. Operating at the intersection of business and technology, you will ensure data solutions are aligned to real user needs and measurable outcomes. Working within multi-skilled agile teams, you will translate complex problems into clear requirements, facilitate workshops, and drive consensus across business and technical stakeholders.

You will shape the analysis and design of scalable data solutions, ensuring clarity in environments defined by scale, ambiguity, and evolving priorities. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role suited to experienced consultants who are confident leading discussions, managing scope, and bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation.

  • Lead business analysis activities across large-scale Palantir programmes
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to shape data solutions
  • Operate at the intersection of data, technology, and organisational change
  • Mentor and support team members within agile delivery environments
  • Translate requirements into high-quality user stories and maintain a well-groomed backlog
  • Model as-is and to-be business processes and data management processes
  • Ensure data requirements clearly support and align to business objectives
  • Manage scope to deliver agreed MVP outcomes within project constraints
  • Work collaboratively within agile teams from inception through to live operations
  • Proven experience in business analysis within data-intensive technical environments (e.g., Data Platforms, Big Data)
  • Strong understanding of how data requirements underpin business requirements
  • Broad knowledge of the Data & AI landscape, with awareness of industry trends
  • Experience modelling business and data processes and securing stakeholder buy-in
  • Strong user story writing and backlog management capability
  • Demonstrable experience delivering within agile teams
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to deliver within defined constraints
  • Domain experience within Financial Services or Insurance
  • Experience delivering high-quality digital products on client site
  • Exposure to AI/ML product design
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting team development
  • Active participation in professional or industry communities
