We're looking for an experienced
Product Manager
to own and drive a legacy
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
within a retail and supply chain environment. The role will focus on
product strategy, backlog prioritisation, roadmap management, service stability and the delivery of enhancements
across the WMS platform. Key Responsibilities Own and prioritise the
WMS product backlog . Define and maintain the
product roadmap . Ensure stability and protection of the live WMS environment. Deliver product enhancements, including initiatives such as
paperless loading . Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into product outcomes. Drive Agile, backlog-led delivery and continuous improvement. Support the evolution and modernisation of the WMS platform. Essential Skills & Experience
Proven
Product Manager
experience within a
WMS, warehouse or supply chain environment . Hands-on experience with
RedPrairie / Blue Yonder / JDA WMS . Ideally experience within
retail or food
environments. Strong backlog management and prioritisation skills. Experience defining and owning product roadmaps. Experience managing live operational systems and ensuring service stability. Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into product requirements. Experience working within
Agile delivery environments . Desirable
Experience with
warehouse automation and robotics , including AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots). Experience with
legacy WMS modernisation or migration .
