I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Operating Model Consultant to join a Digital Operating Model programme within a central government department .
This is a 7-week contract running through to the end of October , with an ASAP start . Candidates who can start immediately or within a very short notice period are strongly preferred.
The Role You'll work at Consultant level as part of a digital operating model programme, helping shape how digital teams and capabilities are structured and delivered in support of wider business strategy.
Key areas of focus include:
Developing and shaping Digital Operating Models .
Creating and applying prioritisation frameworks .
Aligning operating models with business strategy and organisational objectives .
Supporting business transformation and digital change initiatives.
Working with senior stakeholders to define and communicate operating model recommendations.
Facilitating workshops and turning complex requirements into practical solutions.
Ideal Background We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:
Business Transformation
Business Architecture
Digital Operating Models
Operating Model Design
Digital strategy and transformation
You'll need strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently and quickly add value in a fast-moving government environment.
