What can you expect? As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for helping our clients scale their teams with talented individuals. Working alongside an experienced account manager, you will quickly become an expert recruiter developing your knowledge of an ever‑changing tech landscape.
Day to day you will be responsible for:
- Finding the best candidates on the market to join our clients’ teams
- Selling our clients and the roles they have
- Communicating with candidates and guiding them through the recruitment process
- Carrying out analysis and research through market mapping
- Identifying potential new clients and businesses to work with
