The role involves facing a new challenge every day. Some tasks and duties will include:
- Building a strong network of candidates in the digital space across the UK, Europe and Ireland.
- Working alongside an experienced IT Recruiter to learn the ropes of recruitment.
- Providing a high-quality service to clients through extensive research and headhunting.
- Keeping up to date with market trends.
- Providing an understanding of career opportunities in the markets we serve.
- Leading negotiations on offer negotiation.
- Attracting talented candidates through various means of communication.
- Proactively approaching high performing candidates on the market.

- Year 1: £30,000 - £35,000
- Year 2: £40,000 - £50,000
