We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Belfast team. This is an exciting internal role that blends office management, reporting, event coordination, and employee engagement. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations while also supporting our internal recruitment and marketing efforts.
- Office & Operations Support: Oversee day-to-day office management tasks, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- KPI Reporting & Data Management: Assist in compiling and maintaining internal performance reports and dashboards. Support the leadership team with data analysis and insights for operational improvements.
- Support logistics for training sessions, meetings, and external events.
- Create and schedule engaging content to promote company culture and achievements.
- Help onboard new hires and ensure a smooth induction experience.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance team morale, wellbeing, and company culture.
Ad-hoc Support: A university degree in a relevant field. Comfortable using Office 365 (Excel, etc.). Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
