We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our Belfast team. This is an exciting internal role that blends office management, reporting, event coordination, and employee engagement. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our office operations while also supporting our internal recruitment and marketing efforts.

  • Office & Operations Support: Oversee day-to-day office management tasks, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
  • KPI Reporting & Data Management: Assist in compiling and maintaining internal performance reports and dashboards. Support the leadership team with data analysis and insights for operational improvements.
  • Support logistics for training sessions, meetings, and external events.
  • Create and schedule engaging content to promote company culture and achievements.
  • Help onboard new hires and ensure a smooth induction experience.

Requirements:
