As a Senior Systems Engineer, you'll contribute to system-of-systems design, translating complex requirements into innovative architectures, and ensuring that weapons systems are efficient, effective, and mission-ready. Your work will directly influence the coordination of complex weaponry in the battlespace, reducing cognitive burden and enhancing operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive system-of-systems concept development and architectural design.
- Elicit, decompose, and analyse requirements to guide design decisions.
- Collaborate with design teams to define system concepts, trade-offs, and constraints.
- Support cross-functional assessments and analyses to ensure design integrity.
- Communicate complex system architectures to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical systems thinkers with the ability to develop and present innovative concepts and architectures.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders and influencing design narratives.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
