Currently in search of a Senior Service Designer to join one of the UK’s leading digital design consultancies supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes to both the public and private sectors.
You’ll be an experienced Service Designer working in the discipline for at least 4-5 years ideally with a public sector or consulting background and are keen to grow and develop your skillset within an expanding design practice!
What you’ll do:
- Lead strategic planning for the client’s service with the user at the heart.
- Create service maps, value propositions or service blueprints.
- Provide advice and recommendations on potential approaches to organisational problems.
- Work to common goals and be the voice of the customer in the room.
- Generate concepts to evolve and improve existing services.
- Simplify complex information and processes focused on the user and how they’ll interact with a service.
Your ideal background:
- You will be an expert at designing services from end to end and improving existing services that are underperforming.
- You’ll have strong User-Centred design experience.
- Experience delivering workshops, proposals and assets.
- Experience managing relationships supporting agile delivery.
- Experience with GDS is highly desired.
- Experience with mentoring or management is advantageous.

- £55,000 – £70,000
