In this hands-on leadership position, the architect will inspire and guide a multi-skilled engineering team-mentoring individuals, driving performance, and supporting their ongoing career development. Key Requirements (Essential): Proven experience in delivering software designs for scalable, multi-tiered modern applications. Demonstrated ability to integrate non-functional requirements (e.g. security, performance, scalability) into software design. Practical experience working with major public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure , including SaaS and PaaS solutions. Confidence in making informed decisions in fast-paced, agile delivery environments. Accountability for complex technology delivery projects, ranging from single-team solutions to multi-team programmes. Experience supporting business development efforts in collaboration with sales or account management teams. Strong people management skills-setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and delivering constructive feedback. Ability to manage time effectively across multiple high-impact projects.
