As a Palantir Solution Architect, you will join a high‐performing data and engineering capability focused on designing and delivering modern, scalable data platforms. This role positions you at the forefront of architecting advanced, Palantir‐enabled solutions that unify data, logic, and operational workflows — helping organisations unlock real‐time insights and make high‐quality, data‐driven decisions.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Architect and deliver enterprise‐scale data platforms leveraging Palantir's ecosystem and capabilities

Your Responsibilities:

As a Palantir Solution Architect, you will:

  • Own the architecture of Palantir‐enabled data solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and long‐term maintainability
  • Collaborate with operations and infrastructure teams to productionise cloud‐native, high‐availability platforms
  • Provide architectural oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with best practice
  • Partner with stakeholders to challenge assumptions, guide technical direction, and influence design outcomes
  • Establish architectural patterns, governance practices, and frameworks that scale across teams
  • Shape technical proposals, feasibility assessments, and solution design artefacts in pre‐sales engagements
  • Coach team members, support performance, and foster a culture of continuous learning
  • Make significant contributions to the wider data capability and community of practice

Key Requirements:

As a Palantir Solution Architect, you should have:

  • Demonstrable experience leading the architecture of at least one significant Palantir‐focused project, ideally involving Foundry or similar — with the ability to articulate design decisions, technical challenges, and impactful outcomes
  • Experience leading multiple delivery teams as the architect across a complex system‐of‐systems landscape
  • Proven background designing, and building modern, data‐intensive applications
  • Broad expertise across the data ecosystem — ingestion, transformation, storage, modelling, presentation, and analytics
  • Strong strategic design capabilities, including problem framing, roadmap definition, risk management, and architecture realisation
  • Confidence with both traditional and contemporary data‐warehousing approaches
  • Experience deploying data‐processing platforms on AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, or equivalent
  • Hands‐on proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python, with the ability to support teams directly when needed
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing engineers or architects within a growing capability
