A leading global consultancy is seeking experienced Banking Consultants to join their growing consulting team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile transformation programmes across commercial and corporate banking clients in the UK and beyond.

About the Role
As part of the Banking team within the Strategy & Consulting function, you’ll be helping banks modernise their operating models, respond to regulatory shifts, improve customer experiences, and unlock value through technology-led change. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, engaging senior stakeholders, designing transformation strategies, and ensuring delivery excellence across major programmes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Programme Delivery – Shape and lead the delivery of large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives, including governance design, roadmap definition, risk mitigation, and benefits tracking.
- Client Advisory – Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial and corporate banking to define strategic priorities and drive adoption of change.
- Team Leadership – Lead diverse teams of consultants and specialists, creating an inclusive and high-performance culture.
- Sector Insight – Use your knowledge of industry trends and regulatory shifts to advise clients on future-ready business models.
- Practice Development – Contribute to the growth of the Banking practice by developing assets, go-to-market offerings, and thought leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a top-tier consultancy or equivalent, delivering transformation in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of programme or project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- A track record of working with senior business and/or technology stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Understanding of commercial or corporate banking operations, products, and industry pressures.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
