An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Application Support Consultant to join an established software company within its growing Customer Success team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving and working with customers, with the chance to develop their experience across ERP software, business applications and a range of technical systems.
The Role
As an Application Support Consultant, you will support customers with technical and operational queries across a range of business processes. You will troubleshoot application issues, investigate customer queries and work towards the best possible solution. You will gain exposure to a broad range of ERP modules including Accounting, Stock, CRM, E-Commerce, Business Intelligence and Supply Chain Management.
What You Need
- Experience working with Accounting, ERP or Business Management software; or a relevant qualification in Computer Science, Accounting or Business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-focused and empathetic approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of financial and management reporting would be beneficial
- Exposure to SQL Server, MySQL or SQL scripting would be advantageous
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, Postman, FTP/SFTP or software integrations would be beneficial
- Knowledge of EDI, Logistics, Warehouse Management, CRM, E-Commerce or Business Intelligence would be advantageous
