An established international software provider is seeking an experienced Application Business Consultant to join its Customer Success function. The organisation supplies business-critical ERP solutions to more than 2,500 businesses worldwide and offers a collaborative, customer-focused environment with excellent opportunities for professional development.
The role will involve planning and delivering consultancy services to an existing customer base, ensuring that new processes, integrations, functions and software modules are configured and implemented successfully. The successful candidate will lead discovery sessions, review business processes, gather requirements and manage customer projects through to completion. This is a varied, customer-facing position combining ERP implementation, business analysis, consultancy, training and stakeholder management. Work may be delivered remotely or on customer sites, so travel will be required when necessary.
