60000 - 75000 per annum + Car or allowanceGlasgow, Scotland Permanent Project Manager Power- Transmission and Distribution Permanent Location: Scotland (Hybrid) Salary guide: up to 75,000 + car or allowance * Hours: 40 per weekThe roleWe're recruiting an HV Project Manager to join a growing team in Scotland, supporting delivery across a range of electrical installation projects. This is a hybrid position and will suit someone who can lead safe, compliant delivery while managing stakeholders, budgets, programmes and site teams.What you'll be doingPlan and deliver projects from design through installation to completion (programme, budget, resources, milestones)Coordinate delivery across electrical works and other disciplines (e.G., civils/mechanical)Lead teams on site (engineers, electricians, subcontractors, suppliers) including regular site meetings and progress reviewsControl cost and commercial change (forecasting, variations, orders, subcontractor payments)Drive H liaising with designers/consultants/clients)Report clearly to senior stakeholders and maintain strong client relationshipsWhat we're looking forDegree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)Typically 5-10+ years' experience delivering electrical construction / building services projectsStrong knowledge of electrical systems, installation and commissioningProven ability managing programmes, budgets and contractsConfident leader with strong communication and problem-solving skillsMemberships beneficial (e.G., IET, CIOB)Project exposure (examples)High voltage / low voltage infrastructure across:Commercial buildingsHospitals/healthcareIndustrial plantsPortsUniversitiesWhat's on offerCompetitive salary (guide up to 75,000)Car or allowance25 days holiday + bank holidaysPensionLearning
