As an AI Technical Product Manager, you will work closely with Product Owners and engineering teams to bring the product roadmap to life. Leveraging deep technical expertise and an understanding of the organisation's technology landscape, you will translate vision into scalable, secure, and high-performing AI-driven products.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a technical subject matter expert, bridging product vision and engineering delivery across the product lifecycle.
- Shape, deliver, and communicate the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, define, and prioritise product requirements based on business value, feasibility, security, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement through robust testing, quality assurance, and performance assessment frameworks.
- Monitor live product performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation in line with organisational and regulatory standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI, digital, and engineering trends, evaluating and adopting innovative approaches to enhance product development and delivery.
- Contribute to strategy, define requirements, and make data-driven recommendations for change, supporting continuous improvement and strong governance.
- Lead complex, multi-year initiatives, guiding technical direction and influencing delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Coach and mentor less experienced specialists, helping develop technical capability and future leadership.
- Advise senior stakeholders on technical, functional, and cross-functional impacts, risks, and opportunities.
- Proactively manage and mitigate risk, demonstrating accountability for strong controls and compliance.
- Apply advanced analytical thinking to solve complex problems, using research and insight to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
