An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Agricultural Trader to join a leading global markets business in London. We are seeking individuals with experience across agricultural commodities who are looking to take the next step in their trading career within a dynamic and highly commercial environment. The team is open to candidates from a broad range of agricultural product backgrounds, including but not limited to grains, softs, dairy, oilseeds, livestock, and other agricultural markets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop agricultural commodity trading strategies.
- Monitor market developments, supply and demand dynamics, and pricing trends.
- Identify and execute trading opportunities across physical and/or derivative markets.
- Manage risk exposure and ensure positions remain within agreed limits.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external market participants.
- Work closely with research, risk, operations, and sales teams to support business objectives.
