About the Role

We are seeking experienced Agile Delivery Leads to join our expanding Technology and Transformation teams, supporting critical programmes across the Defence and Security sector. This is an opportunity to play a key role in some of the UK's most complex and high-profile transformation initiatives, helping clients deliver secure, effective, and lasting change. You will guide cross-functional teams, promote Agile principles, and drive continuous improvement across large-scale digital and organisational transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach delivery teams in adopting and embedding Agile principles and practices.
  • Promote collaboration, transparency, and innovation within teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Facilitate delivery events and self-organisation across multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Support senior and portfolio-level teams in improving enterprise flow and decision-making.
  • Identify and address blockers to delivery, supporting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  • Capture and share lessons learned to strengthen Agile maturity across the wider organisation.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative working culture where diverse perspectives are valued and contributions recognised.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Active SC clearance is essential, with eligibility and willingness to undergo DV clearance.
  • Proven experience in delivering Agile transformation projects within Defence, Government, or Public Sector environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Kanban, SAFe, Scrum, LeSS, Disciplined Agile).
  • Excellent coaching and facilitation skills, with a track record of guiding teams through change.
  • Experience defining transformation strategies, shaping programmes, and translating business goals into delivery outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, particularly at senior levels.
  • Relevant Agile certifications (e.g. ICAgile, Kanban, Disciplined Agile) are desirable.
