I’m supporting a major digital transformation programme looking for an Agentforce Business Analyst with strong Salesforce and AI-driven customer journey experience to support the optimisation of conversational platforms and customer engagement services.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with Salesforce (Service Cloud / Agentforce preferred)
  • Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience analysing customer journeys, conversational data and operational performance
  • Understanding of AI-driven solutions, digital engagement platforms or conversational tools
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
