Ready to work on large-scale transformation programmes within Aerospace & Defence? We're hiring a Management Consultant to join a high-performing team delivering complex transformation initiatives across defence organisations, aerospace manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers.

What you'll have the opportunity to do as a Management Consultant:

  • Working on large-scale business and operational transformation programmes within Aerospace & Defence
  • Owning and leading workstreams or modules within wider programmes
  • Designing and implementing target operating models (TOMs)
  • Working closely with stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions
  • Supporting delivery through programme management, governance and risk management
  • Running client workshops including problem-solving, innovation and requirements gathering
  • Contributing to proposal development and internal capability building

About the Candidate:

The right Management Consultant should have:

  • Experience within Aerospace & Defence (essential)
  • Background in consulting or industry delivering transformation programmes
  • Strong experience in at least one area: Supply Chain, Manufacturing / Quality, Programme Delivery, Digital Engineering
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and own workstreams
  • Understanding of technology-enabled transformation (digital, data, systems)
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery
  • Willingness to travel to UK client sites
