Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver personalized, data-driven marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Utilize Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Content Builder to create effective marketing campaigns.
- Implement dynamic content and personalization through AMPscript and/or SSJS.
- Manage data effectively, including segmentation and using Contact/Audience Builder.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, data privacy regulations, and email marketing standards.
- Troubleshoot and optimize marketing campaigns, working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
