- Experience working with solutions involving biometric authentication, document verification, liveness detection, KYB, customer due diligence, or workflow orchestration platforms.
- Strong understanding of emerging fraud threats including deepfakes, synthetic identities, and AI-enabled financial crime.
- Familiarity with UK regulatory and compliance frameworks impacting customer onboarding and financial crime prevention.
- Experience building or scaling a new territory, region, market, or commercial function within a high-growth technology business.
- Established relationships with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Financial Crime, Risk, Fraud, Operations, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation functions.
