Salary: Β£37,000 - 68,500 per year
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Architect
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience across enterprise architecture, microservices, or distributed systems
- Ability to work across the full delivery lifecycle in Agile environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to architecture frameworks (TOGAF, SAFe, UML, ArchiMate, etc.) is beneficial
- Consultancy or client-facing experience highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Designing end-to-end technical solutions for complex enterprise and public sector programmes
- Working closely with clients to shape requirements and define architecture approaches
- Producing key architecture artefacts including high-level designs, technical options, and roadmaps
- Acting as a technical leader across engineering teams, guiding delivery and resolving architectural challenges
- Communicating complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders and board-level audiences
- Supporting cost estimation, planning, and business case development for transformation initiatives
- Ensuring solutions align with governance, security, and enterprise architecture standards
