Are you ready to shape the future of public sector services? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where strategic thinking and transformation are at the core? We’re hiring multiple Consultants, Senior Consultants, and Managers to join our high-performing Defence & Security team.

Your Role:

As part of the Technology & Transformation team, you’ll help Defence & Security clients navigate complex challenges, from digital transformation to strategic decision-making. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Leading strategy and transformation projects, providing data-driven insights
2. Designing and implementing operational change in high-stakes environments
3. Engaging stakeholders and facilitating strategic discussions
4. Managing risk, performance, and project delivery in large-scale programmes
5. If Senior/Manager, mentoring junior team members and contributing to business development

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience in consulting or industry roles within Defence, Security, or the Public Sector
2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex challenges
3. Expertise in project management, transformation, and digital strategy
4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement
5. Ability to work in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments

The Package:

• £55,000 – £80,000 (From Consultant to Manager)
• Company Bonus
