Senior Recruitment Consultant

Anson McCade is looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join our journey as we continue to grow our office in London.

Our Cap Markets team works exclusively with global Trading Houses, Fin-Techs, and Crypto/Digital Assets Market Firms. We speak with some of the brightest people in the financial industry across Maths/Computer Science/Statistics/Engineering, for some incredible Quant Developer/Tech and trading type of opportunities.

The role:

This is a full life cycle recruitment role with global household name clients to work with.

1. Networking with the market – approaching prospective candidates building strong relationships in your market area
2. Executive search – Senior level headhunting to find talents
3. Screening and liaising with candidates to determine personal strengths and job requirements
4. Corporate landscape map-out of the industry/researching market trends and industries
5. Providing an understanding of career opportunities in the markets we serve
6. Facilitating negotiations between clients and candidates and providing feedback

Do you have what it takes?

1. Experienced in Recruitment or Sales with exposure to Financial Services or experience working on Financial roles or/and demonstrable interest in starting a career within the financial services sector
2. Competitive and highly driven for success
3. Exceptional communication skills – someone who thoroughly enjoys building and maintaining professional relationships
