Salary: Β£37,000 - 68,500 per year
Requirements:
- Experienced PMO, Programme Management or Transformation professional with experience delivering complex or large-scale programmes.
- Experience may include digital or business transformation, technology-enabled transformation, people and organisational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, managed service delivery, or programme or portfolio management.
- Strong experience in programme planning and dependency management, risk and issue management, benefits management, governance and reporting, programme assurance, programme turnaround or recovery, senior stakeholder management, client-facing delivery, and presentation and facilitation.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or working closely with consulting partners is advantageous.
- PRINCE2, MSP, APM or PMI qualifications are desirable but not essential.
- Applicants must already have unrestricted right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities:
- Design and mobilise Project, Programme and Portfolio Management (PMO) functions.
- Lead PMO delivery across large-scale transformation programmes.
- Manage programme plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues.
- Establish effective governance, reporting and programme controls.
- Track programme benefits and transformation outcomes.
- Support programme assurance, turnaround and recovery when programmes face delivery challenges.
- Work across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence key decisions.
- Collaborate across business, technology, people and transformation teams.
- Develop transformation solutions, methodologies and tools.
- Support proposals, bids and new client opportunities.
- Apply industry knowledge and lessons learned to improve programme delivery.
- Present programme progress, risks, recommendations and key decisions to senior leadership.
