SC Cleared User Researcher (Central Government) Contract -
£550-600 Inside IR35 London

We are currently looking for an experienced SC Cleared User Researcher to join a leading consultancy on a high-profile public sector transformation programme.
Key skills and experience:
- Strong background in User Research within government UCD programmes
- Strong experience with storytelling and creating user-stories
- Experience managing or leading UCD teams
- Experience working to GDS standards and within agile teams
- Skilled in planning and conducting user research to inform service and interaction design
- Ability to map end-to-end services, identify pain points and opportunities, and co-create solutions with stakeholders
- Confident presenting findings and facilitating workshops to drive user-centred decision making
Key details:
- £550-600 per day xgikmsk (Inside IR35)
- Must hold active SC Clearance Start ASAP (2 weeks onboarding)
- London (hybrid/remote)
