We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Technical Consultant to join a consulting practice delivering AI-driven transformation into central government. You'll design and build intelligent agent solutions on the Salesforce platform, working within agile delivery teams alongside Solution Architects and Technical Leads to implement scalable, secure, AI-powered workflows.
What we're looking for:
- Salesforce platform development experience
- Strong skills in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce automation tools
- Exposure to Agentforce, Einstein, or conversational AI solutions
- Solid understanding of data modelling and integration patterns
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); PD II desirable
- Agentforce/Salesforce AI certifications advantageous
- Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud certifications a plus
- MuleSoft/APIGEE/Connected Apps experience beneficial
- Agile delivery experience and strong analytical mindset
