Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, integration, and maintenance of models and software applications within a real-time simulation environment.
- Collaborate with modelling, integration, and systems engineers to deliver project milestones.
- Produce clean, robust, and maintainable code aligned with development standards.
- Take ownership of assigned components or features.
- Participate in code reviews and implement feedback.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
- Support integration, testing, and real-time simulation activities.
- Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor progress and escalate risks or issues when required.
- Occasional travel to support integration or project activities.
What are we looking for?
Essential
- Degree (BSc or equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience using MATLAB / Simulink.
- Understanding of real-time systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desirable
- Automotive engineering experience or strong interest.
- Experience with Driver-in-the-Loop (DIL) simulators.
- Interest in vehicle dynamics, cars, or driving simulation.
- Knowledge of EtherCAT / TwinCAT (Beckhoff).
- Exposure to simulation or control systems environments.
