We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.

• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address inquiries or concerns.

• Utilise phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or through other communication channels.

• Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are an advantage.

• Proficient in administrative duties related to store operations.

• Demonstrated ability in sales management and achieving targets.

Must be ready to work at multiple sites, sometimes most days a week.
