Ansell is looking for a Vertical Sales Leader (VSL) – EMEA to join our team in Germany, France or UK. In this position, you will be responsible for implementing the Industrial Business Unit vertical strategy into the regional sales organization for your designated verticals and coordinating the management of clusters for these verticals. Reporting to the Sr Director Strategic Sales & New Business Development EMEA Industrial & Scientific businesses, you will play a key role in driving growth, aligning global strategies with regional execution, and building strong relationships with key end‑users and distributors across EMEA. This role will focus on the New Energy sector, including Renewable and Nuclear industries.

Your Role
- Develop, drive, and implement initiatives and tactics aligned with global brand, product, channel, and vertical strategies to ensure strong growth within the New Energy vertical in EMEA.
- Build and maintain relationships with key end‑user clients in the Renewable and Nuclear energy sectors, ensuring correct specifications for tenders and timely implementation of projects.
- Help deliver new product launches to the market by formulating and implementing vertical‑specific approaches for these products.
- Maintain ongoing contact and communication with the field sales force and key end‑users within EMEA.
- Update Regional Sales Managers & Directors on major regional activities in their clusters.
- Manage, align, and coordinate key end‑user strategy with Regional Managers and Regional Vertical/Category Specialists to optimize efficiency of sales at regional and local levels.
- Interface with Business Units and align regional initiatives with global vertical strategies defined by the regional category managers.
- Build and extend networks within the New Energy industry, engaging key opinion leaders, health & safety professionals, end users, distributors, regulatory bodies, and peer brands internationally.
- Identify strategic innovation and value proposition opportunities for the industry within the scope of protection products & services. Challenge the status quo and maximize relationship value at end‑user level.
- Work closely with internal marketing and business intelligence for feedback, planning, and implementation of market strategies.
- Responsible for EMEA top and bottom‑line budget as well as conversion targets for the assigned vertical and management of the pipeline to deliver expected results.
- Provide valuable reporting according to established reporting structures.
- Carry out special assignments to support specific projects under the direction of the Sr Director Strategic Sales & New Business Development EMEA.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of successful sales/marketing experience, preferably at an international level.
- Proven B2B sales management experience and strong knowledge of the relevant industry (Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing).
- Experience selling through diverse distribution channels and working in a matrix organization.
- Knowledge of PPE products and adherence to business management procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional European languages is highly appreciated.
- Visionary mindset with clear commercial insight, performance‑driven, and results‑oriented.
- Customer‑focused, culturally adaptable, and able to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Analytical thinker with high integrity, self‑starter attitude, and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across EMEA (50%+) and participate in international mobility for career progression.
