Your Role
- Fully leverage Salesforce.com and other sales enablement tools to drive strategic objectives aligned with Ansell’s Sales Excellence framework and the Ansell Way of Selling.
- Coordinate and manage relationships between Ansell’s internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) and pan-European or global Channel Key Accounts, including MRO partners and PPE-specialized distributors.
- Drive achievement of volume, revenue, and margin targets across assigned Channel Key Accounts, ensuring effective execution of joint business plans and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and oversee bilateral projects with partners—such as private label programs or service introductions—by engaging relevant stakeholders from QARA, Sales, and Marketing.
- Develop a consistent and collaborative approach to channel business development across EMEA, working closely with National Account Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and Territory Sales Managers.
- Share progress and insights regularly with the broader EMEA sales organization through monthly huddles and performance reviews.
- Analyze distributor data to identify trends, assess market movements and evaluate Ansell’s share of business, using insights to inform strategy and improve partner performance.
- Align EMEA/APAC channel activities with global distribution strategies, supporting cross-regional coordination and contributing to centralized negotiations led by NA/LAC/APAC teams.
- Collaborate with Strategic Marketing to identify new product opportunities and support Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives that enhance Ansell’s go-to-market effectiveness.
- Consolidate and communicate strategic innovation and value proposition opportunities to strengthen distributor relationships and maximize long‑term partnership value across EMEA/APAC.
Qualifications
- Proven senior experience in Channel Management, with a strong background in developing international B2B/B2C partnerships across Europe.
- Proven success in navigating global matrix organizations and managing cross‑functional, cross‑cultural business relationships.
- Expertise in brand and private label strategies across diverse distribution channels, including digital.
- Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
- Skilled in Salesforce.com and project management, with strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Strategic thinker with commercial insight, capable of influencing stakeholders and driving business growth.
- Results‑driven, customer‑focused, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a multinational environment.
- High integrity, adaptable across cultures, and able to challenge the status quo with innovative thinking.
