Ansell is looking for a Sr Specialist, Customer Marketing – UK, Eire & Nordics to join our team. In this role, you will drive end‑user acquisition, retention, and reactivation through targeted customer marketing initiatives, supporting sales growth in line with strategic GBU marketing plans. Reporting to the Sr Manager, Marketing Business Development, you will collaborate closely with Digital, Social Media, Product Management, Content Creation, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns and localized marketing activities across the region.

Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities:
- Execute customer and channel marketing initiatives to drive end‑user acquisition, retention, and sales growth
- Coordinate regional marketing campaigns in line with agreed UK, Eire & Nordics marketing plans
- Develop and manage marketing briefs with external partners (campaigns, social selling, leaflets, sales tools, ABM initiatives)
- Support New Product Development (NPD) launches, including deployment of launch kits and identification of training needs
- Coordinate and localize marketing collateral, ensuring translations and visual adaptations reflect regional market needs
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for UK, Eire & Nordics sales teams, adapting materials to improve customer experience
- Support marketing assets governance and availability across platforms (Marketo, Asset Bank, Optimizely, Highspot)
- Coordinate marketing support for prioritized distribution partners and joint campaigns
- Support trade exhibitions and events to ensure strong Ansell market presence
- Monitor competitor and distributor activities to provide insights to sales and marketing teams
- Consolidate campaign performance reporting, metrics, and budget tracking
- Drive end‑to‑end marketing support for tender responses, ensuring aligned value propositions and technical documentation
Key requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Customer Marketing, Channel Marketing, Marcoms, or related roles
- Proven end‑to‑end marketing campaign execution and customer journey exposure
- Experience partnering closely with sales and commercial teams
- Proven experience in B2B will be preferred
- Healthcare or Medical Device industry experience preferred
Knowledge and skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing and brand management
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix environment
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Fluent English; French or German is a plus
- High level of computer literacy
Personal competencies:
- Customer‑ and stakeholder‑focused, results‑driven mindset
- Self‑directed and comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross‑functionally
