Ansell is looking for an Associate Specialist, Inside Sales to join our team in UK.
In this position you will play a vital role in promoting and selling Ansell’s Medical products and services to meet or exceed sales targets within UK, Ireland & Nordic Markets by managing a portfolio of dedicated healthcare accounts, build strong relationships through direct sales and/or distributors, and be responsible for customer training via virtual seminars, workshops, and similar activities.

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare accounts (end users and/or distributors) by maintaining existing business and closing new opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads from various sources (marketing, website, events) and follow up on end-user activity.
- Build strong customer relationships and develop tailored business plans.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and act as a key user.
- Report Inside Sales activities performance to the Sales department and Management
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns, share updates, and align on objectives.
- Provide commercial and backup support to field sales teams, including dual contacts and targeted initiatives.
- Help optimize inventory by promoting excess and obsolete stock.
- Report on performance, contribute to team meetings, and participate in projects as needed.
What will you bring to Ansell?
- Previous experience in sales/ commercial functions (in an international environment is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in English (additional European language a plus), with proven experience in B2B sales, both via phone and email.
- Technically adaptable, with proficiency in SAP/CRM systems and MS Office; able to quickly learn and communicate complex product information.
- Strong customer-facing communication, sales, and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, build rapport, and adapt to various client environments.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently under pressure, demonstrating sound judgment, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility in a dynamic setting.
- Team-oriented with discretion in handling confidential information; healthcare or medical sector experience is a strong advantage.
