What you will do
- Collaborating with cross functional teams, reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare accounts (end users and/or distributors) by maintaining existing business and closing new opportunities.
- Identify and qualify leads from various sources (marketing, website, events) and follow up on end-user activity.
- Build strong customer relationships and develop tailored business plans.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and act as a key user.
- Report Inside Sales activities performance to the Sales department and Management.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns, share updates, and align on objectives.
- Provide commercial and backup support to field sales teams, including dual contacts and targeted initiatives.
- Help optimize inventory by promoting excess and obsolete stock.
- Report on performance, contribute to team meetings, and participate in projects as needed.
What you will bring to Ansell
- Previous experience in sales/commercial functions (international experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills in English (additional European language a plus), with proven experience in B2B sales, both via phone and email.
- Technically adaptable, with proficiency in SAP/CRM systems and MS Office; able to quickly learn and communicate complex product information.
- Strong customer-facing communication, sales, and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, build rapport, and adapt to various client environments.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently under pressure, demonstrating sound judgment, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility in a dynamic setting.
- Team-oriented with discretion in handling confidential information; healthcare or medical sector experience is a strong advantage.
