Ansell is looking for an Associate Specialist, Inside Sales to join our team in UK.

In this position, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling Ansell’s Medical products and services to meet or exceed sales targets within UK, Ireland & Nordic Markets by managing a portfolio of dedicated healthcare accounts, building strong relationships through direct sales and/or distributors, and being responsible for customer training via virtual seminars, workshops, and similar activities.

What your role will be?

Collaborating with our cross-functional teams, and reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of healthcare accounts (end users and/or distributors) by maintaining existing business and closing new opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify leads from various sources (marketing, website, events) and follow up on end-user activity.
  • Build strong customer relationships and develop tailored business plans.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and act as a key user.
  • Report Inside Sales activities performance to the Sales department and Management.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns, share updates, and align on objectives.
  • Provide commercial and backup support to field sales teams, including dual contacts and targeted initiatives.
  • Help optimize inventory by promoting excess and obsolete stock.
  • Report on performance, contribute to team meetings, and participate in projects as needed.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Previous experience in sales/ commercial functions (in an international environment is a plus)
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional European language a plus), with proven experience in B2B sales, both via phone and email.
  • Technically adaptable, with proficiency in SAP/CRM systems and MS Office; able to quickly learn and communicate complex product information.
  • Strong customer-facing communication, sales, and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, build rapport, and adapt to various client environments.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently under pressure, demonstrating sound judgment, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility in a dynamic setting.
  • Team-oriented with discretion in handling confidential information; healthcare or medical sector experience is a strong advantage.
